  • Step 2: Locate the screws on the AC fan motor housing.
  • Step 3: Lift off the top half of the motor housing.
  • Step 4: Remove the bearings.
  • Step 5: Use a clean cloth and rub the seals to remove any dirt.
  • Step 6: Put the replacement bearings into the seals.
  • Step 7: Replace the armature and set it on the bearings on the bottom half of the motor housing.
  • Step 8: Replace the screws into the holes.
  • Step 9: Using your hand- rotate the fan backward and forward.
  • Step 10: Finish.
