This hardware pack is for use with the Sinclair 44 in. Flemish brass ceiling fan (UPC# 792145356516). This pack includes the screws for the blade assembly. Before purchasing, please ensure you have identified your fan's model number and UPC to confirm compatibility. To identify the model/UPC number on your ceiling fan, please look for a label on the top of your motor housing (usually a silver sticker), which will include the manufacturer’s model number and/or UPC number (12 digits).
