DIY - Installation Pressure Control - Steps

  • Step 1: Turn off electrical power to the pump.
  • Step 2: Disconnect electrical wiring from the water pump control.
  • Step 3: Remove water pressure from the water tank.
  • Step 4: Unscrew the old parts Block leaking water with a finger or a pipe plug.
  • Step 5: Replace the pump pressure control parts.
  • Step 6: Reconnect the electrical wiring.
  • Step 7: Turn off any faucets you opened earlier.
  • Step 8: Turn the water pump electrical power back on.
  • Step 9: Watch the water tank pressure gauge.
  • Step 10: turn the water pump power back off- check the system for leaks.
